Loved smell of towels, comfy beds, amazing helpful staff, spacious enough family room, hotel is not toooo big itself, so it takes not much time to get anywhere in the hotel.

The location is fantastic - be sure to book a room the sea side. It’s very quiet and sunny (south facing), and usually all you can hear at night is the sound of the waves breaking on the beach... very soothing (except during a storm, haha..)Some of the staff were helpful when I was unwell. Milada and Erato (sp?) at reception were especially helpful in helping me communicate with Room Service staff who seemed frequently unable to understand me. I met the head chef Ermes twice, he was friendly and helpful in implementing a strict medical diet for me. Room Service staff were polite and professional, when they arrived, but definitely need more training in how to take a complex order - I appreciate this may not be an issue for many people, but being a 4*, I would expect a much smoother service.

Though this is one of the few hotels operating normally in Limassol during this winter and because of the covid-19 measures, everything was smooth! The staff perfect, the room was comfy and the hotel was well decorated for the Christmas. It was spotless clean and of course a great value of money
